We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. If we cannot ship to your address, checkout tells you before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-6 business days in the US and 3-6 business days in the UK. These are estimates, not guarantees. You see the options and price for your address at checkout.

Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You receive a shipping email with your tracking number, and you can follow your parcel on our Track Order page.

Orders shipped across borders may be charged import VAT, customs duties or carrier fees by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, with no reason needed. The item should be in its original condition and packaging, unused apart from reasonable testing. Start on our Returns page or email support@shopsuya.com.

If you change your mind, you pay the postage to send the item back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay for the return or send a replacement.

Every SUYA product is covered for 365 days from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact us with your order number and photos and we will replace the product or refund you. It does not cover misuse, accidents, cuts, burns or normal wear and tear.

Yes. Tell us on the Returns page. If the new colour is in stock we exchange it. Otherwise we refund you.
