1. Who we are. This website, shopsuya.com, is operated by SUYA GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, registered address 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, email support@shopsuya.com ("SUYA", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products and prices. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in the currency for your market. If a price or description is wrong, we can correct it before we accept your order. We will tell you and let you choose whether to continue.

3. Placing an order. When you submit an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.

4. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. All payments are processed securely by the provider.

5. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, times and costs.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty. See our Refund Policy. It includes a 30-day return and a 365-day warranty, and explains your legal rights as a UK or US consumer.

7. Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer in the UK or any other place. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply.

8. Use of the website. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including text, images, logos and the SUYA name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

9. Product use. SUYA products are comfort accessories. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have persistent wrist or hand pain, please see a qualified health professional.

10. Our liability. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.

11. Privacy and cookies. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website on the day you order is the one that applies to your order.

13. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Customers in the UK can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where they live, and local mandatory consumer law still applies. We try to settle complaints directly first: email support@shopsuya.com and we will reply within 2 business days.
